Blue House B&B

The Blue House B&B is one of the oldest houses in seaside peninsula of Seltjarnarnes in Reykjavik and has been recently renovated. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood close to many of the city’s major tourist attractions, the Blue House B&B is the ideal choice for those looking to stay in a location close to the city centre- which is accessible in only 12 minutes by from bus from the B&B. Our B&B is located at Valhusahaed Hill and enjoys panoramic view of the Snaefellsness Glacier as well of the neighbouring seaside peninsula.

Here at the Blue House B&B we feature two guest rooms- providing our guests with privacy and exclusivity and a truly individual accommodation option for their stay in Reykjavik. Rooms are double rooms suitable for two guests- however we can also accommodation single guests- and discounts for such can be applied directly at the property accordingly. Other amenities here at the B&B include a projector in the living area- ideal for guests looking to watch movies and a relaxing hot tub in the garden.

Breakfast at the Blue House B&B is an optional extra- payable locally on request. Lunch and dinner are also available upon request- our specialties are fish dishes with the produce sought from local fish mongers.

Minu the hosts’ house cat, is a friendly addition here at the Blue House B&B and is also here to welcome our guests but only resides in the owner’s own private quarters and not in the guest areas.
